Everafter release two new singles !

Everafter burst onto the East London scene in Autumn 2010. Formed from the ashes of another band, brothers Alexis Daperis (lead vocals/guitars) and Stefan Daperis (bass/backing vocals) and their good friend Tim Wiltshire (drums) launched the three-piece power rock group, Everafter, which had already been in gestation for a while. By February 2011 the first gig was booked at The White Hart Hotel in New Cross, South London. Over the next two years Everafter honed their live performances by playing key venues in London, including Water Rats in King's Cross, The Half Moon in Putney and The Standard Music Venue in Walthamstow, which was the group's home turf. It was over this period that Everafter wrote the songs and defined the set that would become their debut album 'Everything Is One'. The oldest song on the album 'In Time' dates from spring 2008, which Alexis wrote in Germany.

Alexis' influences are predominantly '90s bands like Nirvana, Metallica, Green Day and Weezer. Stefan's influences are similar although he loves Blink 182. Both Alexis and Stefan were raised listening to The Beatles, Michael Jackson and Queen. Tim's powerhouse drumming has been inspired by metal bands such as Lamb of God, Killswitch Engage, Bring Me The Horizon and A Day to Remember. This eclectic mix fed through to their storming debut, which showcased an incredible range of song writing skills and delivery. 'Everything Is One' also benefited from the production prowess of the one and only Grammy nominated Chris Tsangarides, who is also a fan, and produced luminaries like Thin Lizzy, Black Sabbath and Judas Priest.

Everafter have now raised the bar with their two new singles. "Last Boat to St. Helena" is an acoustic triumph, heralding the last voyage of the RMS St. Helena to the Island which has recently had an airport completed, signalling the end of the Island's isolation and the beginning of a significant tourist industry. "On the Eventful Road" is a stunning song showcasing the strength of the band's song writing. Both are masterfully produced by Chris Tsangarides and are singles in their own right, preparing the way for the band’s next album. Written by Ronny Anderson
